What Causes Stomach Cramps Along With Abdominal Bloating?

hi i have been having stomach cramp and my adomin is bloating very badly sometimes its so bad i have to lay on the floor on my back whenever i eat somethink i kind hurts so i dont eat hardly anything throughout the day it get worse at night even if i dont eat anything

Hi,

Starving tends to increase the symptoms you have by increasing acidity, pain, bloating forming a vicious circle. You need systematic check up of your digestive system to exclude acid peptic disease/bowel infection to cause bloating followed by all the symptoms or food allergies as a cause of your trouble.

Please consult a gastroenterologist. Till then try to have bland diet small in quantity every two hours: avoid spices, alcohol, tea-coffee, starving. Drink sufficient water.
