What Causes Stomach Bloating With Rib Pain And Less Bowel Movement?

hi everytime i eat my stomache bloats up and i get pains underneath my right side ribs and when i go to the toilet i do a little stool and thats it i have taken laxatives to see if this helps but it has only been little stools again ive tried not eating much but that dosent work could you please help

I really appreciate your concern, protozoa infection could be the likely cause what the symptoms you have and if I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, try to have more vegetable diet and drink more water, hope this information helps.
