What Causes Stomach Bloating In A Child?

My 4 year old daughters stomach always appears to be swollen (pot belly) she has no problems passing stools and is very regular. She doesn't eat rubbish and is an active child. What could be causing her to appear bloated. She never complains of pains in stomach or trouble passing stools.
