What Causes Stomach Bloating And Runny Stools?

This started a month or so ago. Every time I eat a meal my stomach becomes bloated to the point where it is uncomfable and I have to loosen my pants, then I have a very small and loose runny stools. Never constipated just runny. .? Doesn t matter what foods I eat,

I can understand your concern and would try to help you in the best possible way. Your problems may be due to irritable bowel syndrome. A complete medical history and relevant investigations are needed to rule out some other causes. I suggest you consult a physician for a long term management plan.

In the mean while you may try high fibre diets including fruits and vegetables and yogurt to help you regulate your bowels.
