I have a bloated stomach, starting having a lot of mucus in my stool, and my bones hurt. My gastro did a test and said i carry the gene for celiac but I do not have it now and until I show signs( uh, hello)I do not have it, but then told me if I do away with gluten and it goes away which it did ( all except the bones thus far) that I should do away with coffee it isn t the gluten. Should I see another doctor. I didn t start going to him to be told basically I am imagining all the symptoms that I have or did I? I out of the blue got total mucus and explosive stool where I have to run to make it, that is why I originally made the appt. I went gluten free for a month and all of the mucus in stool and explosiveness went away, but he told me to eat wheat again.
