What Causes Stomach Ache With Loss Of Appetite And Dizziness?

hi. i feel so weak i dont like to get up. my head feels heavy and dizzy. i dont like to eat, though i know i need to. it feels like vomiting but there's no food that came out, only saliva and sometimes my stomach is aching..what is the problem with me?
