What Causes Stomach Ache While On Generic Crestor?
I just recently started takeing the generic brand of crestor and I have had some stomach pains plus muscle tenderness.Ive only been on this for a few days, Ive also had some indigestion.Is this something I should be concerned about and should I continue to take the medicine a little while longer before I contact my physician?

I understand your concern.Some side effects of crestor are:
-muscle aches or pains
-stomach pain,
-indigestion
-diarrhea
Infrequent but serious side effects of Crestor include rhabdomyolysis (muscle damage or destruction) that can lead to acute renal failure and liver damage.
