Hello
Welcome To healthCareMagic
Recently you have abortion. And now you are complaining for stomach which may be sign of some infection in stomach or pelvic region. Taking combiflam is not a good idea. I would suggest you to visit your doctor and consult him/her. It may be required for physical examination and some routine test to know the exact cause. If not treated well it may lead to some serious problem.
Hope this is clear to you
Thanks
