hi iv got a belly ache allday every day for 3weeks now iv had little bits of bleeding i tryed to be intimate with my boyfriend and it killed iv started to get diarrhoea from today wen i try go toilet it gives me a pain like contracktion throught my bum to my belly and also today wen i done a we it was a little tiny bit uncomfterble i went to the doctors and they told me i got a virus they are wrong and im really scared can you help me
