What Causes Stomach Ache, Acid Reflux And Metallic Taste In The Mouth?
Can you tell whats wrong if I have a really bad pain in my stomach like a tight crampy pain, and then my chest burns and my mouth tastes metalic and food and drink tastes different and my left side of my body went really cold and felt numb and tingly and i lost my vision and then my whole body started shaking and aall thats gone away except a feeling in my throat and a tase and the pain in my stomach

Well, all these symptoms are indicative of acid reflux and it leads to regurgitation of acid and food particles from stomach to food pipe and throat. It leads to the excess mucous formation and also coughing along with burning and irritation. However, although the other symptoms have subsided, still you need to consult a Physician and get yourself examined once.
I would suggest you consult a Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like upper G.I. Endoscopy can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly.
You can be advised to take Proton Pump Inhibitors like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole. Take antacids like Milk of Magnesia.
Avoid spicy food and drink plenty of water. Always take walk after meals and take your dinner at least 2 hours before sleep. You should sleep with the head slightly raised as compared to feet.
