What Causes Stitch Like Feeling In Testicle Depending On The Tightness Of Clothes / Sitting Position?
My left testicle has been uncomfortable for the last few days. It is a stitch like feeling, and comes and goes based on the tightness of clothes / sitting position, however upon inspection I do not feel any tenderness or swelling.I feel a similar feeling down the left side of my leg, down to my heel though it's sensation is far less pronounced.I want to believe it's a sprain, but wondering if it could be something else.
Hi. You have two distinct and different problems. First, the stitch like feeling or pain in the left testicle particularly on using tight pants. This indicates that there may be inflammation of the testis or of the skin sensitivity increase or so. Another problem of pain down the left side of the leg to the heel indicate that you may probably be suffering from sciatica. Get an MRI of the lower done to get a proper diagnosis and proper treatment.
