What Causes Stinging Pain In Penis?

I recieved medicine for clamydia and gonnorea after waking up one day with a stinging pain in my penis head...it went away but i we t to the doc that day. The doc gave me a shot and a powder for clamydia. They said my urine is clean but gave me the medicine anyway. I feel like after the medicine i started feeling pains in my penis sometimes. Any answers?

Ideally it is unlikely to have pain with a medication but I’ll recommend you consult your physician before stopping the medication.
