What Causes Stiffness In The Knee And Leg After Taking Turmeric Curcumin 1000 Mg?

I started taking Turmeric Curcumin 1000 mg w/black pepper extract 5 mg. for my osteo-arthritis in my knees and stiffness in my legs. It works! What is a max. dose? I take 2000 in the am and 1000 in the pm. Thanks anyway but I don t want to pay for the answer. I ll google it.

this is an ayurvedic preparation so can not advise on doses. if it is helping you then youcan continue to use it dose is not very important but take advise from doctor who have prescribed the medicine.
