I have experienced some very mild stiffness in my left side in the area of the top of my hip over the last several months,also, recently a pain that rises and falls, sporadically in my lower abdomen.It occurs perhaps five or ten times a day.I have no cloudiness or blood in my urine nor any pain when urinating.There is no history of kidney or prostrate problems in my family.I am a 65 year old male in otherwise good health. I do not smoke or drink and I am fairly active.I would like to know the most expedient way to diagnose my problem without a lot of needless and time consuming tests. Thank you
