General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
I appreciate your concern.
You should first completely quite tobacco chewing, chewing of betel nuts or any such things if you have such habits. You should also stop taking spicy food.
You should consult an oral surgeon for evaluation. Various surgical procedures are available to alleviate the symptoms. Medical treatment with steroid and other immunomodulators can be taken under doctor's supervision.
You should start talking supplements of vitamin A, B complex and vitamin C as they can stop and reverse the progress of disease.
Hope this will be helpful.
Take care.
