Hi, My neck on the right side feels tight, I can move it and everything, it just has a tight feeling. I gave it a good rug one night and there was sore bits and the next day it swelled up a bit where the really sore bit was to rub but went down. Ive tire anti-inflammatory tablets and a cream, they seem to work but i don t take/put on consistently and now my neck feels tight. What should i be doing? and how long should I put the cream on for or take the tablets for? How long should it take to heal? Im thinking its an injury from when I put my dogs bed in her kennel as Im not sure what I did but it hurt my neck and the tightness is on the same side i hurt. It only hurt for at least 1 minute then felt fine
