Hi,

Stiffness and pain in the legs may be due to arthritis o may osteoarthritis or systemic diseases like connective tissue disorders or vasculitis or crystal-induced arthritis or rheumatological disorders etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. please get it done an X-ray of the knee, blood investigation for CRP, Ra factor, ANA, thyroid status, kidney function tests.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
