What Causes Sticky Faeces With Malodorous Flatus?

Hi, for the last few years iv been having a problem with sticky poo, I would go every 2 days and they are always sticky and sometimes like a pencil shape. In all cases there is a lot of poo. When I wipe, I could use a full toilet roll and still need to wipe, if I go away. From the toilet,I will need to go back to the toilet to wipe again, this could be for as much as 24 hours after the poo. It is always very smelly, and when I pass wind after doing a poo it smell like toxic gas its soo bad.
The problem is getting embarrasing as I cannot go away overnight with friends as I'm afraid they might smell me.
