Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have gone through your query.
I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.
It seems you are enjoying your pregnancy nicely.
What you are hearing is pulsations of blood vessels. It is due to physiological changes (normal body changes) that occur during pregnancy. Usually there is increase in blood volume and hyper dynamic circulation during this period of gestation. This results in palpitations ( hearing pulsations). Even mild level lowering of blood pressure is seen in patients from 14 to 28 weeks of pregnancy. That is also normal.
So do not worry.
I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
