The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is pigmented purpuric dermatosis. It is caused by ectasia of the small blood vessels of the lower limb. You must keep your lower limbs slightly elevated at night. Tablets containing Vitamin C may be used as it increases the strength of the vessel wall.Topical Vitamin E preparations can also be used. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
