I have seriously painful stabbing pains in my left shin bone, i have had it for a while now and ive started to click my leg to stop the pain. I know i should see a doctor but im slightly busy at the moment and dont consider it a large problem, i play roller hockey and its not really stopped me before. Thanks.
The pain in the shin bone can be related to shin splints. Stressful games can aggravate the pain. Your leg needs a rest to heal. Taking mild pain killers will also help.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Praveen Tayal, Orthopaedic Surgeon
