What Causes Stabbing Abdominal Pain During Third Trimester Of Pregnancy?

I am 35 weeks pregnant, the last couple of days/nights I have been getting pains, some cramp like pains other just stabbing like pains really inregular , there manly at night or when I wake up , i have been getting wet down bellow , not urine it s more of a clear substance , constently feeling like I have wet myself , is this somthing to be worried about ?

Hello,

The wet feeling you are experiencing may be related to an infection probably candida infection. You may need to do a vaginal smear to check for it. The cramps you are currently having may not be related to the discharge. Probably you are having contractions and if are not painful are normal.
