What Causes Spotting And Bleeding During Third Month Of Pregnancy?

Hi Doc , I am lil confused need some things to clarify as i am pregnant for the 3rd mth.I had an NT Scan Yest and everything shows normal. However I have been going thru spotings n bleeding too...consulted wid my doc n she said said its normal as many ladies r going thru it nowdays.But am still concerned abt it.And Also i sometimes feel like eating something sour like raw mangoes with SALT and pickle.My Doc has advised me to keep away from pickles. I ate 3 small pieces of raw mango with lil salt now am scared that is it safe to eat it coz of the bleeding n spotting that am going thru however the bleeding n spotting comed n goes now n than, atleast once a mth i get it.Kindly Advise Doc.. Hi,

Spotting in 3rd month of pregnancy mostly indicates some infection and erosion at mouth of uterus OR hormonal deficiency and it's replacement in time to save pregnancy. Please consult a gynecologist, get examined and investigated as per need followed by cause specific treatment.
