What Causes Spotting After Painful Urination?
Why do I bleed a little after I pee? (I am female) And why does it hurt after i pee?? It does not hurt to pee just afterwards. and I ll have a few drops of blood come. my period ended about 4 days ago and its NOT just spotting. Its only after i pee I ll bleed a little. ONLY after I pee? It doesn t sting it hurts in a different way.

It is possible that you have a urinary tract infection.
This can be assessed by a urine analysis at your doctor's office, urine may be sent to the lab as well to identify the bacteria specifically and determine which antibiotics would work best.
Antibiotics can be used to help. They can be started before the lab analysis is available and only changed if needed.
