What Causes Spots On Nipples?
I was in my bathroom and was doing a light sponge cleaning my neck hair. Underarms and what the heck I ll wash my nipples when I noticed like dirt spots and some came off easy the others was as if they was glued on but they came off seams to be fine now. Scared me

It could be due to blockage of the sebaceous duct with secretion. As of now the clean the area with soap and water. If lesion persists better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
