What Causes Spots In Vision?
I have had several episodes (maybe 6 in 1 year) where I have an episode where I first have spots before my eyes and if I m sitting down I stay there and fall asleep (don t know for how long) and when I wake up I am all clammy. Today was my first one out in public at a store. Got the spots and was getting disoriented and had trouble pushing the cart correctly. Found a seat and stayed there till it was over, about 1/2 hour. My hands were shaking too.

it appears tobe anxiety neurosis. still you should have complete eye checkup mainly fundus to asses pathology in retina. if every thing isok then it is ony anxiety neurosis. it can be reduced by by medication, or by change of life style food habit, physical activity. yoga and meditation may help to reduce nanxiety.
