Hi,

Spontaneous bruises can be due to a condition where the thrombocytes or platelets in you blood, which are the cells responsible for clotting, are having very low counts. There could be other causes as well, such as medications like anticoagulants or more serious causes. I would suggest doing a complete blood workup and getting a hematologist opinion to address the issue.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
