What Causes Spinning Sensation Followed By Extreme Sweating?
hello. yesterday i had to pull over because i started feeling like everything was spinning and then i felt almost paralyzed followed by extreme sweating. i could feel the sweat coming out of my pours then run down my face. i ended up passing out for a few hours and when i woke up i was ok. what could it be?

The possibility of syncopal attack or seizure should be considered. Evaluation by a physician or neurologist is required. ECG should also be done. A brain MRI may be required too.
