What Causes Sperm Leakage?

Hi i am 30 year old and i do good workut, but for few days like a month i am keep losing sperm thats why i avoid to look hot girls some time because i thought i am feeling them deep down inside, i don t no what is going on Dr and its happening to me for 1 month. Also i am good sports player and Graduate student too but i don t no why i am keep losing sperm and i don t even watch porn too.

I really appreciate your concern, high libido may be the cause of this and this is not the disease condition and no need to worry about this but try to keep the libido low try to avoid the impulses, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
