What Causes Spells With Stomach Ache And Passing Out Feeling?

Hi! I have these spells that happen 2 or 3 times a yr. I get a bad stomach ache and have to have a bowel movement. I feel like everything has literally drained out of my body . I feel like I m going to pass out. I start sweating so bad I can literally see it coming out of me on my neck, arms, and head. I get a very tingly feeling in my back. It scares me to death. I truly feel like I m dying. What could this possibly be. Like I said it scares me really bad. The spells last a long time. About 45 mins to an hour.

Based on facts of your query, You seem to suffer from-
Food Poisoning ? Food induced Vasculitis with diarrhea and breathlessness with lot of sweating.
Food or drug allergens need to be investigated,which cause these episodes.
Other causes like- Churg Strauss Syndrome(CSS),or hypereosinophilic vasculitis, or food intolerance to pork-occassional / seasonal ingestions, may need to be ruled out.
After the wash out of the poisonous material by diarrhea, vomitting,the attack subsides on its own, with lot of debility from diaphoresis and diarrhea-causing acute fluid loss.
Follow this to recover soon.
