What Causes Spasms In Bladder Post Hysterectomy?

I had a transobturator sling in 2010. I since had a partial hysterectomy last year. after the hysterectomy I developed horrible painful bladder spasms which lasted for about 3 months, they resolved only to have come back intermittently over the last year. About two weeks ago I passed a kidney stone and ever since I have had horrible spasms and pressure in my pelvis right into my extreme lower back/tailbone area. Feel pregnant. I have been treated with abx, antispasmotics, and overactive bladder medication with no resolution. I see a urologist but I don't know what else to do and can't help but wonder if it's the sling I had done 4 years ago. please help!!!
