What Causes Spasm In The Navel Upon Having Treatment For A UTI?

i recently just had a uti an then got another one like 4 days later but it feels like something is tugging at my belly button an trying to pull it thru my lady parts i have never ever inn my 44 years in life ever had an std an dont sleep aroubd been with the same person for three years an he is accuseing me of sleepin around wich i dont do but he swears it is an std ...so why did it come back an is it feeling like my belly button is being pulled straight down

Hi,

You may have kidney stones.A small stone may pass without causing symptoms. If a stone grows to more than 5 millimeters (0.2 in) it can cause blockage of the ureter resulting in severe pain in the lower back or abdomen. Have an USG done.
