General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Sores with yellow pus do indicate secondary bacterial infection most likely. It is the Staph Aureus responsible for majority of the infections. Following measures will help you:
- Keep the area clean with antiseptic liquid or soap
- Local application of Neomycun cream
- Anti-inflammatory medicines such as Ibuprofen, Diclofenac after meals
- Prescription antibiotics as per the culture sensitivity report of pus filled blister
- Control of blood sugar

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
