What Causes Sores On Inner Skin Of Penis?

Have 4 Sores On Inner Skin Of Penis Right Below The Head, They Were Really Small Unoticable Tears and They Were Harmless I Assumed Because Of Rough Sex (Vagina Area Was Pretty Dry) Took Me Time To Get Inside, But The Tears Turned Into Soars I Think That s What It Is & White Stuff Were Found On Them A Few Days Later & It Smells Terribly.

Hi,

Definitely, sore on inner skin of penis may be due to rough vaginal or anal sex. However, these sores usually heal themselves by avoiding the sex for some time. However, if it smells bad, then it may be a sign of some infection, more commonly bacterial or fungal. Hence in my opinion, apart from local cleanliness, some anti biotic as well as some anti fungal ointment may be used.

If needed, then also oral anti-biotic or anti-fungal medicines may be taken under guidance of your doctor. If these measures do not work, then it is advised to see your doctor for further management etc., particularly for presence of any STD & treatment accordingly.
