What Causes Soreness Under The Pecs?
I was just wondering if I should see a physician. I can feel soreness directly under my pecs. When I investigated further, it feels like a tendon that runs from my ribs to shoulder. When I lift my arm up, I can press on this "tendon" and I can see dimpling on my chest skin. I am not sure what kind of tendon or muscle this would be...
