What Causes Soreness , Tiredness And Pain All Over The Body?
i am a 26 yr old man and i seem to be pysically tired all the time i recently had my bloods checked that were fine but i wake up aching and sore all over and struggle to get through a days work because i just want to sit down, i eat very healthy and drink lots of water too please help me

I cannot say in your particular case, but generally, infection (dental is usually overlooked by doctors), some metabolic diseases (diabetes?), and psychological can be all over diseases. It is quite common for the cholesterol medications to do this and certainly MOST drugs of abuse but only if someone is taking them.
