hello, i am a 19 year old male i have recently been feeling soreness on the head of my penis and the foreskin, symptoms include; reddish color, slight pain when touching the area, weird funky smell, and the forskine is hard to pull back now. I have done a little research and seems like the issue make be Balanitis and was wondering if you can verify this and what medication i may need to aquire?
