What Causes Soreness In Upper Arm While Wearing Compression Belt For Hernia?
I am bothered sometimes by soreness or tenderness in my upper arms. I also wear a compression belt for an abdominal hernia when walking, working,etc . I was trying to find out the reason for arm soreness (muscle) and saw the word compression so wondered if it might have a connection.

Here both condition are different from each others, the arm pain could be due to muscular spams and belt that is being use for abdominal hernia may not cause anything to arm, hope this information helps, take care.
