Assuming that there is no physical abnormality, it may be early inflammation of the papillary taste buds at the back of your tongue or early lingual tonsillitis which is also located at the back of your tongue. Both can be precipitated by Vitamin B12 deficiency. I would recommend a good mouthwash (TANTUM/Betadine) before and after every meal for 5 days with a week of Vit B12 capsules (Becosule-z) once every day after meals and an anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen (T. Combiflam) for 3 days (twice a day after meals). Reduce spicy diet, fried items, alcohol consumption (Precipitates B12 deficiency) and have a soft bland diet for a week with plenty of fluids ( approx. 2 litres/day). A good antacid like MUCAINEGEL/DIGINE syrup will help as it will coat the tongue with a protective layer. Have this 15 minutes before every meal. (after the mouthwash)
