What Causes Soreness In The Right Shoulder?
Recently had soreness in my left shoulder, which has subsided, but not completely. Now, I have similar symptoms in my right shoulder. The pain is worse if I try to lift my shoulders, its very confusing because I haven t experienced this type of ailment before?

Hi dear it seems to be spasm or sprain so I advise you as follow:
1) Apply ice over the affected area
2) Take tab Hifenac TH for relief
3) Apply analgesic gel and massage the affected area
4) Take plenty of fluids and healthy diet
5) If pain persists then I advise X-ray and MRI to check nerve damage
6) Do not lift heavy object
