Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
25, male. Lower back is sore, left side. Just above my buttocks, halfway between my hip and spine is roughly where the pain is. I also have a small bump slightly above where the pain is. The bump can move. The bump itself isn t sore.I recently started working out quite a bit (6 days week) and I feel like the dead lifts and squats might be what is causing me pain. I have booked an appointment with my doctor but would like to know what I am getting into before I see her. Thanks,
