What Causes Soreness In The Breast And Right Hip?

Hello. I have an intense sensitivity/soreness as though I am severely bruised (but I am not bruised) around the right breast and thoracic region. Now it is progressing down to the right hip. Three weeks ago I experienced a burning sensation from back to front and into the right breast. I am feeling that in the right oblique with skin soreness radiating to the hip. All the soreness I am experiencing seem to be precipitated by the burning that happens prior

Most likely to be related to some sort of nerve irritation at various levels giving the above mentioned symptoms. A thorough clinical examination reveals the facts in almost all cases and some may require additional work up with radiology or else.
