I recently had a very strenuous workout, after not working out for almost a year. This is almost 2 months after hernia repair surgery. I experienced an abnormal amout of soreness on my right inner thigh, it has finally began to subside. However, today while making the bed, I was on my knees on top of the bed, bent down, and when I arose I felt a strange pulling shoot from my knee cap up the back of my leg. I thought it was going to pop like my knees sometimes do, but it didn t. Now Im stuck with this strange pulling from the back of my knee all the way up the back of my leg into my buttocks! What is this and what can I do about it?
