my son is 29 yrs old he told me his left testicle is sore and swollen were the tube is connected to it on the back of the testicle do you have any ideas what it could be he had no sex at all he has not had a job for almost a year just started work this week cleaning carpets

I really appreciate your concern for your son this could be epididymitis and this is not related with the sexual intercourse but could be due to inflammation trauma may be likely and this can be managed with "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" three times in day, hope this information helps, take care.
