Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms are related to the soft tissues inflammation due to the trauma (hair pulling). It is a temporary situation and there is nothing to worry about!
A shower and some head massage will help improve you situation.
You should just try to be patient, because anxiety may exacerbate the situation (triggering tensive type headache).
Hope you will find this information helpful!
Best regards!
