Hi,

The condition is temporary. I would suggest you to:
- Use warm water saline rinses to improve circulation in that area
- Use anti-bacterial mouth wash Providone iodine to enhance healing
- Use tooth brush with soft bristles
- Take a course of antibiotics such as Clopidogeral

If symptoms keeps on persisting visit oral physician once and get it examined completely. Start treatment after thorough examination.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari, Dentist
