What Causes Soreness Along With Stiffness In Foot In The Mornings?

What could be the cause of super sore, stiff feet getting out of bed first thing in the morning? I have a bone spur on the top of my right foot, but, in the last couple years my feet used to go numb just after sitting for awhile. My feet are so tight and sore I have to lean against the wall,to get them loosened up so I can walk.

Hello and welcome.

The bone spur itself could be the sole reason, depending on its precise location of course. But I would recommend a check on your serum uric acid level and RA factor to nake sure we look into arthritis and gout and accordingly treat them.
