What Causes Sore Throat?

Hi Doctor, A week ago I presented a cough and sinus. Yesterday I woke up with swollen glands in my neck just below my jaw bone. I have a sore throat and difficulty to swallow. Headache and earache goes with the symptoms above, could I have glandular fever?

kindly avoid hot and spicy food. For few days you take liquids and semi solids orally. Avoid exposure to dust. You should take antibiotics, anti inflammtory, anti allergics, antacids medicines. Kindly start frequent warm saline gargles.
