I ve been smoking marijuana for a while now and I stopped for a short period and restarted a couple of weeks back. But it was strange because when I went to go smoke everything was fine but as soon as the high wore off I started to get these weird symptoms were my chest felt like it was full of mucus but every time I tired to cough it out nothing came out. So I stopped smoking for two weeks. Then I restated back again thinking everything would be fine and I got the same reactions.
Ok... this is called a "rechallenge trial" http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2125969/pdf/9056799.pdf (doesn't have anything to do with marijuana... everything to do with rechallenges).
Considered very good evidence marijuana is CAUSING your symptoms. You can be allergic to it. It can then give a bronchitis that could do really bad damage to your lungs. This is pretty uncommon. Mostly, need to stop exposure to lungs. Any asthma medicine would help some.... but not fully prevent damage even if you felt ok.
