What Causes Sore Throat, Runny Nose And Excessive Saliva In Mouth?

Hello Doctor. I have had a sore throat for the past 2 days and it hurts to swallow. I have also had a small runny nose, though not much congestion. Also, just recently, I have had an excess of saliva in my mouth and a pain in my lower throat. Also, i have been coughing for the past four days. Any dianoses?
